We currently offer 20 yard and 30 yard roll-off dumpsters. The 20 yard is great for home remodels, garage cleanouts, and small construction projects, while the 30 yard is ideal for large builds, roof tear-offs, or full property cleanups.
How do I schedule a dumpster delivery or pickup?

What materials can I put in an ONSITE dumpster?
Most construction debris, household junk, yard waste, and non-hazardous materials are accepted.
What materials are prohibited and are there any surcharges?
The following materials may not be placed in Onsite dumpsters under any circumstances:
- Paints, oils, or solvents
- Batteries
- Hazardous materials (including asbestos)
- Medical waste
- Propane tanks
- Appliances containing Freon (e.g., refrigerators)
- Liquids of any kind
- Animal carcasses
- Sealed drums or barrels
- Hot ashes or coals
- Any other item prohibited by local, state, or federal law
The following items are subject to a surcharge per item if placed in the dumpster
- Tires
- Mattresses
- Box Springs
Can I load dirt, concrete, or rock in an ONSITE Dumpster?
20 Yard Dumpsters: If loading with dirt, concrete, or rocks, dumpsters must not be filled more than halfway. Overloaded containers may be refused or incur additional charges.
30 Yard Dumpsters: Dirt, concrete, and rocks are strictly prohibited. These materials exceed safe hauling limits for this container size and may not be accepted under any circumstances.
How full can I load the dumpster?
Please keep all materials level with the top edge of the dumpster. Overfilled bins can’t be safely hauled and may result in additional fees or delays.
Do I need to be home for delivery or pickup?
Not necessarily. As long as we have clear access and placement instructions, our drivers can handle everything while you’re away.
Where can I place my dumpster?
Most dumpsters are placed on driveways, construction sites, or designated pads. Our drivers are experienced in tight spaces—just let us know about any access restrictions or surface concerns.
What if the dumpster damages my driveway or property?
We take every precaution to protect your property. However, ONSITE is not responsible or liable for any damage to driveways, curbs, lawns, or other surfaces caused by the placement, removal, or movement of dumpsters. We recommend choosing a solid, flat area such as concrete or asphalt to minimize risk.
How do I pay for my dumpster rental?
We accept all major credit cards, checks, and ACH payments.
Can I set up an account for ongoing projects?
Yes. We work with many warehouses, builders, developers, and property managers on recurring or multi-site projects. We offer accounts with consolidated billing and priority service.
